How will my order be shipped? Can I get express shipping? How much does it cost?

Our goal is to have the order shipped from our warehouses within 72 hours of receiving your order. Weekends, holidays and unusually high order volume periods can sometimes put a kink in the shipping process and cause slight delays. When you order an item and it’s out of stock/back-ordered, we’ll ship it to you as soon as possible. Rest assured that we won’t bill your credit card until after we ship the item. We’ll go ahead and e-mail a tracking number to you once your order has been shipped. Check our shipping section for more information.

When will my products be shipped? The information below pertains to IN STOCK items. We will notify you if an item is out of stock for an extended period of time.

Most of our customers use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service. The table below applies to the time your order was placed at the store from which you are ordering. Orders being shipped within the state are generally delivered on the day following the shipment, based on the shipping schedule below.

BEFORE 2:00 PM FRIDAY should ship TUESDAY

FRI. 2PM TO MON. 2PM should ship WEDNESDAY

BEFORE 2:00 PM TUESDAY should ship THURSDAY

BEFORE 2:00 PM WEDNESDAY should ship FRIDAY

BEFORE 2:00 PM THURSDAY should ship MONDAY

Methods of shipment (next day air, 2nd day air, etc.) from the day that the item is shipped are based on the chart above. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 2:10 PM and request "NEXT DAY AIR", the package will be shipped "NEXT DAY AIR" on Monday. Therefore you should receive the item on Tuesday.
